Archives

The Archives holds a rich collection of a variety of records relating to the history of Delta and its peoples from individuals, families, governments and community organizations who have contributed to the development of Delta.

 The Archives' collections include more than 20,000 photographs, 210 oral histories, over 800 maps, subject and name reference files, directories and obituaries, local newspapers from1902 to present and an excellent collection of books specializing in Delta and Lower Fraser Valley history.

The Archives and Reference Services is available to the public, Tuesday to Friday: 10:00am to 4:00pm and Saturday: 12:30pm to 4:30pm. Knowledgeable staff is available to help you with your research project, answer your questions and provide copies of photographs and documents. Museum:
Tuesday to Saturday, 10 am to 4:30 pm
Archives:
Tuesday, Wednesday & Friday, 10 am to 4 pm
Saturday, 12:30 pm to 4:30 pm
Until further notice the Archives will be closed Thursdays, to prepare the collection for the move to the new facility in the Fall.
